Through the contact form, we collect only the data you send us: full name, phone number, email address (optional), project type and the content of your message.

Purpose & legal basis

This data is used solely to respond to your request and to prepare a quote. The legal basis is your consent and the legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. It is neither sold nor transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

Processors

The contact form runs through the FormSubmit service (formsubmit.co), which forwards your message by email. The service-area map uses Google Maps. These services may process certain technical data (including your IP address) under their own policies. Our fonts are hosted locally, with no call to an external service.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and the business relationship, then deleted.
